Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect standard information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies help our site work (like remembering your cart), show us how the site is used, and, for some partners, measure or personalize advertising.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and change your mind any time through the “Your privacy choices” link in our footer.
Our site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.

Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
Correct information that’s wrong.
Ask us to delete your information.
Opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale of your information.

To make a request, email [email protected] or call 303.442.2983. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

How long we keep it

We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and a payment processor that meets card-industry security standards. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
